To start a return, you can contact us at service@flowerwalldesign.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1.Refund – After Ordering, Before Receiving:

  1. A 100% refund of the total order amount can be applied within 24 hours after placing the order.
  2. 2–7 days “Ready to Ship” Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
  3. Custom products do not accept any return or exchange.

2.After Receiving:

  1. Customers can request a full refund, partial refund, or product exchange within 7 days after receiving the order on condition that there are any quality problems,or missing products for the order.We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. Refunds will be returned to the bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days of approval 
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging,Opened or used products will not be processed .If returned, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.In addition, if not because of quality problems caused by the return of goods, need to bear the return of goods and the freight generated!
  3. Custom products do not accept any return or exchange.

3.Change of Shipping Address:

  1. Customers can request to change the shipping address within 30 days of placing the order.
  2. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after 30 days of placing the order.

4.Product Exchange:

  1. Free change of the products in the order within 3 days after the order, if there is a difference, the customer needs to make up the difference；
  2. If more than 3 days after the order is placed, a change fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged. If there is a difference, the customer needs to make up the difference.
  3. Custom products do not accept any return or exchange.
