- Refund – After Ordering, Before Receiving:
- A 100% refund of the total order amount can be applied within 72 hours after placing the order.
- For orders placed between 4 and 30 days, a refund of 80% of the order amount can be applied, as a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
- Refund requests cannot be made more than 30 days after placing the order.
- 5–7 days “Ready to Ship” Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
- Custom products do not accept any return or exchange.
- After Receiving:
- Customers can request a full refund, partial refund, or product exchange within 7 days after receiving the order on condition that there are any quality problems, missing products, or package loss during shipment for the order.
- Custom products do not accept any return or exchange.
- Change of Shipping Address:
- Customers can request to change the shipping address within 30 days of placing the order.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after 30 days of placing the order.
- Product Exchange:
- Free change of the products in the order within 3 days after the order, if there is a difference, the customer needs to make up the difference;
- If more than 3 days after the order is placed, a change fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged. If there is a difference, the customer needs to make up the difference.
- Custom products do not accept any return or exchange.
